Day 1: Part III -
Now I have ventured outside onto the balcony. I booked a studio w/ savannah view. I was happy with what I saw. My camera is not the best, lots of white.
These birds were nasty to other birds. Very territorial.
Ooh. 2 of them
I love zebras
That were the all the animals we saw that day outside our window. I loved being able to walk outside and see the giraffes walking by or the birds playing in the pond. One night some animal was screaming at the top of there lungs and it was loud, scared the hell out of us. LOL
I think I will stop here as my next update will finish the night. Sorry for lack of words I thought the photos would tell the story better.
Up next.
Going out by the savannah and Sanna for dinner.

So beautiful, Vinny must have loved the balcony did you have coffee and or cocktails on it?? We stayed at AKL once about 6 years ago. I forgot how special the view from the room is. I can't wait to read more and see more pictures!!! Great start, and I always forget to take a picture of my room when I first arrive it is usually on the last day when it looks a little lived in. It was a great view all week long. The same animals with a couple of others and loved every minute of it. thanks. thanks We had breakfast on it, coffee and donut or muffin when we weren't going to the parks. I was skeptical of the resort from the reviews for different reasons but I was really pleased.

That is just too awesome. I would spend the whole time trying to convince a giraffe to eat something out of my hands!

That is just too awesome. I would spend the whole time trying to convince a giraffe to eat something out of my hands! The sliding door said we would be on camera so keep the curtains closed and on the railing of the balcony it said "no feeding or throwing thugs to animals". I do .of want to be kicked out. LOL
